Community Diversity Festival
As reported in the last issue, our second annual Community Diversity Festival
will be held on Saturday 28 August this year.
There will also be further celebrations of community diversity, particularly as
reflected in our Stepping Stones For Life Friday Activities and Ross Walker
Lodge, the following day at our morning worship.
It is expected that most, if not all, of the participants from last year will join in
again, along with some new community groups.
This year will see the addition of a display of art, craft and photography by
members of the congregation and, perhaps, others. People who would be
interested in displaying their works are asked to speak with one of the members
of the organising committee - Brian Rope, Chris Lockley, Robin Bennett, Joel
Swadling, Alison Allen or Julie Pettit.
