He ran against two elected officials and is now in the city¬wide runoff in November with a campaign focused on making Stockton a better place for all families. Mike Diaz (pictured right) in Chula Vista successfully secured a spot to face off against a longtime politician in Chula Vista in the November runoff. He is running to provide representation to a neglected community in that diverse city in San Diego County.
