OUR NEW HOME IN

Leamington Spa

Opening at the end of last year , our sixth store sits on the popular Parade and is home to a hand-picked selection of our timeless ranges , British-made upholstery and a host of beautiful homewares . If you ’ re planning a visit , Paul Storey , our Store Manager , shares a few of his favourite spots to see along the way in Leamington Spa ...
Q . Hi Paul ! Tell us how your first month went as Store Manager in our new Leamington Spa store ? It ’ s been a very interesting first month ! Learning lots of new systems but we ’ ve had such a positive response from customers about the beautiful new store and what a great addition it is to Leamington Spa , which is lovely to hear .
Q . How did the store launch go ? It was such a great weekend and extremely successful . So far , we ' ve seen great sales and the launch event seemed to be enjoyed by our customers – those who are local and further afield .
Q . Tell us about Leamington Spa - what are some of your favourite spots to visit ? My favourite spot in Leamington Spa would have to be Jephson Gardens . It ’ s the perfect place to sit on a summer ’ s evening . We also have a lovely local called The Royal Pug which serves delicious stone-baked pizza and I would recommend a visit to the Old Library for real ales .
Q . If somebody was visiting for the day , what would the perfect itinerary look like to you ? Leamington Spa is a great place to shop and eat out in the many independent bars and restaurants – they all have a relaxed , boho feel . I ’ d start out at Café Royal for a big breakfast and walk it off around the Pump Room Gardens . Perhaps visit Rosie ’ s Tearoom for a delicious slice of cake and spend the afternoon on the Parade before visiting either Thai Elephant or Paprika Club – an award-winning Indian conveniently just around the corner from our store !
Q . What ’ s on your Cotswold Company wish list ? I really want the Foxcote large round mirror and the large Chester Charcoal trestle dining set – it ’ s such a beautiful colour .
Q . What ’ s been your favourite highlight working for the Cotswold Company so far ? I would have to say building a brilliant team , working with wonderful products and the people I ’ ve met .
Find us at 35-37 Parade , Leamington Spa , CV32 4BL or give us a call on 01926 956540 . We ' re open 7 days a week .

A BRIEF HISTORY Set on the winding River Leam , Leamington Spa was a small village up until the 1800s known as Leamington Priors . Following the discovery of a natural spring in 1810 , the town opened its Royal Pump Rooms in 1814 . Today the Pump Rooms and Gardens remain at the heart of Leamington Spa and are home to the town ’ s Tourist Information Centre , library , cafe and museum .
