Another tell-tale sign of a strong marketplace is
the ratio between the Sales Price and the List
Price of a property. 2014 offered some solid
results in this arena, generating - on average
- a sales price equal to 96% of the list price of

price of Villas. Perhaps even more impressive, the
average sales prices were 94% (Homes) and 93%
(Villas )of the ORIGINAL LIST PRICE, demonstrating that properties only required an average
of a 2% price reduction during the listing term
