In fact, our experience as of late shows that some buyers are having to pay FULL PRICE to get the property they want!! 96% 2014 AVERAGE SALES PRICE TO LIST PRICE RATIO ON THE MAINLAND sellers a heightened sense of confidence that their property can/will sell in a reasonable, predictable period of time! Another tell-tale sign of a strong marketplace is the ratio between the Sales Price and the List Price of a property. 2014 offered some solid results in this arena, generating - on average - a sales price equal to 96% of the list price of Homes, and a sales price equal to 95% of the list price of Villas.
